Newly updated duplex with interior staircase to accommodate large families, yet maintaining separate private living areas for split rentals. Cozy, bright and welcoming, this ocean block house in Brant beach is just 7 houses to the beach. Conveniently located just 1 block to Brant Beach Yacht Club, and a short walk or bike ride to Bayview beach where you can enjoy pickle ball courts, basketball, a dog park, try out paddle boarding or kayaking, enjoy fire pit Friday’s on the beach, and tiki bar and music on Sundays. New mini split A/C, pavers in the side and rear yard as well as fencing for privacy. New front deck and 3/4 bath off of upstairs master bedroom. Open kitchens and new granite countertops. Kitchens are fully stocked with new pots, pans, dishes, glasses, keurigs, and so much more. All new furniture, new bedding, new smart televisions in bedrooms and living areas in 2021. Weber grills. 5 beach badges included per rental (10 for whole house). Washer and Dryer in each unit for convenience. New fireplace in fall 2021, perfect for those fall weekends.

House had all the bones to ensure a pleasant experience for families renting this property. Close to beach,comfortable sleeping set up,active games and board games available.Supplies on location to get started,Owners always available and very responsive to any questions and concerns.Location was great with a healthy breakfast/ Lunch deli next door.Resturants and bars close by to chose from.The only drawback we experienced was the weather .all 5 days was cold and rainy.But we were able to get all priorities in aside from the beach.We did get an hour in with grandkids up at beach.All of us loved the experience. Thank you for being great hosts and highly recommend this property to rent .The house is on the blvd but didn't create any problems for us .Would rent again..And welcomes pets.Win win.

Our family used the house for a three-day Thanksgiving gathering and enjoyed it immensely. Appreciated being such a short walk from the beach! Having the two kitchens and dining areas was a great feature, as was the large upstairs living room. Bedrooms all worked well for our needs, too. Too chilly in late November to take advantage of the outdoor furniture and the game room but imagine they’d be a lot of fun in the summer.
