With a surface area of 55 square meters and a capacity of up to 4 people, this is a very special property, decorated with the utmost attention to the smallest details and overlooking one of the busiest areas of the historic center.
Upon entering, you will find a kitchen with a fully-equipped metallic white-toned kitchen integrated into the living room. The living room has a two-seater sofa in marengo tones that can be easily converted into a sofa bed. In the same living room, you will also find a dining area with a dining table for four guests and designer chairs, as well as access to an intimate terrace with a vertical garden. The bedroom, on the other hand, has two single beds. Finally, you will have a fully equipped bathroom with a shower for your hygiene and relaxation.

Located in a completely renovated building in Plaza del Teatro, it is next to one of the most emblematic and bustling places in the city, Plaza de la Constitución, the epicenter of Malaga's life, formerly known as Plaza Mayor. The area where it is located, between Marqués de Larios Street and San Juan Street, is part of one of the traditionally most frequented areas of Malaga's life, due to the large number of small businesses that the pedestrian streets in the surroundings offer, and where you can also enjoy the architecturally valuable works that the city preserves, such as the Church of San Juan Bautista and the Church of the Sacred Heart.
In its surroundings, you will find the main tourist attractions such as the Carmen Thyssen Museum, the Picasso Museum, the Arab Alcazaba, or the Roman theater. The Muelle Uno area and Malagueta Beach are a 10-15 minute walk away through the pleasant Parque del Paseo.

The check in process was smooth and the initial communication was great. This Malaga apartment had the benefit of being the nicest one we had stayed in during our VRBO excursion through Spain. Unfortunately, we noted right away that the air conditioning was not working and reached out to iLoft immediately to inform them of the issue. We finally heard back and we were assured that they would look into it on the 2nd day while we were out on a tour. We got back and they had not handled it while assuring us throughout the rest of the stay that they would. Ultimately it never was fixed and a 2nd uncomfortable night was spent. Had to keep windows opened and so in addition we were exposed to a lot of noise late into the night. We mentioned that we’d even settle for a circulating fan. Perhaps they should have one available should this happen to future guests. Though we enjoyed our time in Malaga, the fact that we had no relief from the heat while in the apartment detracted from the overall experience, particularly since we booked the room based on the apartment having it.
