Located quite far up in the mountains but with a wonderful view, the hotel offers shuttle services to get down to the city centre. The personnel were amazing and very accommodating. The only thing missing would be a pool, but given the location it is understandable that no pool can be constructed. All in all a great stay and we will very be back the next time we go to Positano.

Everything, the staff were extremely helpful to accomodate each request, the facilities amazing, the view to die for. Two pieces of advice: 1 the hotel has a restaurant - Chic Mama dont miss 2. The shuttle service is a must without it you will pay €90euro one way for a taxi or board a very overcrowded slightly unreliable bus service, in peak times the shuttle must be booked in advance with little flexibility. Also the beach club access is very good value for money and very enjoyable! We didnt get a chance to enjoy as its still work in progress but the hotel is also working on a pizza garden area with stunning views- something to look forward to next time!

From start to finish, this was a 10/10 experience! From the moment I booked, the staff reached out to help with any questions I had, assisted with arranging the complimentary shuttle to the hotel, and made the entire arrival process completely seamless. I felt so well looked after from the very beginning.
The stunning views and beautifully designed interiors create an instant sense of relaxation the moment you arrive. My room was impeccably refreshed each day, making it a pleasure to return to after exploring.
The food at Chic Mama is truly unforgettable, and dining with such breathtaking views makes every bite even more special. Above all, I was made to feel incredibly special. The hospitality I experienced was simply outstanding—the warmth, kindness, and genuine care shown by the entire team were beyond anything I could have expected.
The complimentary access to Arienzo Beach Club was a true highlight and a game changer during my stay. Surrounded by the beauty of the coastline, it was an unforgettable experience. Be sure to reserve your spot in advance through the hotel staff—they make the entire process effortless and ensure every detail is taken care of.
I can’t recommend this hotel highly enough and can’t wait to return!

מלון בוטיק קטן וקסום מעל פוזיטנו, חדרים יפייפים מול הים, ארוחת בוקר לפי תפריט מגוון וטעים. צוות נפלא ושרות ברמה הגבוהה ביותר. למרות המרחק מהעיירה, בכל פעם שביקשנו הגיע רכב לקחת אותנו ולהחזיר ללא תשלום וביעילות יוצאת דופן. מאוד מאוד ממליצים.
