Le calme et la propreté et les equipements neufs notamment une clim extremment silencieuse, moustiquaire et toilettes tres propre, super tips loué un velo a la gare de kutchan c'est 500y par jour et roulé le long de la riviere. Experience magnifique

Great value for money. Single rooms with locks on the doors. Very clean shared facilities and very kind and helpful staff. Kettle, fridge, freezer and hair dryer provided in the room
No ski storage and only microwave cooking available. 10 minute walk to the nearest direct bus stop to Hirafu/Niseko. I would say MOD is best for shorter stays, however my long stay was still very good.
