This place is in a super quiet residential neighborhood, close to both downtown Lorient and Larmor-Plage. It’s only about a 5-minute drive to a great bakery for your morning baguettes and croissants, or around 5 minutes to an E.Leclerc supermarket where you can grab pretty much anything you need.
The house itself is really well equipped. There are tons of pots, pans, glasses, a huge fridge, a dishwasher, stove, oven, and even the stuff people often forget like spices, oils, vinegars, and salt—basically everything you need to start cooking right away. Plus, they even left dishwasher pods for us.
In the garage, there was also a washing machine. The garage was empty, and Florian (the host, who we kept in touch with via WhatsApp) even let us park inside if we wanted to avoid parking on the street. Everything on that front was just spot on.
We brought our dog along, and he had access to a small front yard as well as a backyard with a patio and outdoor seating. I think there was a grill available too, though we didn't end up using it.
The whole place has two floors. Downstairs, there’s a kitchen, a living room with a super comfy couch, a dining area, and a toilet. Upstairs, you'll find the bedrooms, a big bathroom with a shower/tub combo, and another toilet. There are two double bedrooms upstairs and another one that looks like it’s for kids with twin beds, so the house easily sleeps around 6 people—and very comfortably, since it's really spacious.
As a nice little bonus, walking the dog around here was super easy too.

La maison est très propre, très bien équipée, bien située, quartier calme. Nous avons apprécié le jardin devant et arrière bien clos de murs pour nos 2 petits chiens. Pas de vis à vis proche. La literie et les oreillers parfaits.

Dommage que en cette période hors saison, nous n'ayons pas pu rester jusque 14h30 au lieu de midi.

La maison de Florian est spacieuse et tres bien équipée. Nous avons apprécié également la literie de qualité et la propreté impeccable! L'environnement est tres calme Toutes ces conditions nous ont permis de passer un agreable séjour. Nous avons rencontré les parents de Florian qui se sont montrés très sympathiques. Nous recommandons vivement cette location!
