Ubicación del hotel. Disponibilidad de parqueo. Proximidad con centro comercial, restaurantes y supermercados. Comodidad de las camas.
Sugiero incluir el uso del parqueadero dentro de la tarifa de alojamiento, en razón a que es una tarifa alta. Un beneficio que los huéspedes agradeceremos. Gancho de fidelización para los clientes del hotel.

Me cambiaron la habitación por una suite junior, eso fue excepcional, un hotel muy agradable para descansar.
El desayuno podría mejorar en términos de variedad.

Las instalaciones en general están bien, limpias y y modernos. La ubicación es excelente. El personal muy amable.
Me asignaron una habitación que tenía un muro discontinuo al que sellaron con un panel hueco y un espejo. Por lo tanto se escuchaba ruido de la habitación contigua. Deberían arreglar eso para que la habitación no tenga este oroblema tan molesto. El orecio del desayuno está por encima de li que ofrecen en cuanto a calidad y cantidad.

Location is great, staff was polite, and the hotel was very clean.
On the website it said that breakfast was included in the price, but it wasn’t.
We felt cheated.
