Location right on the beach was fantastic!
The bathroom on the first floor was not flushing so I used the upstairs bathroom. I reported it but it didn't get fixed while I was there.

Location on the beach is great. Property layout itself is good: big kitchen, big rooms, nice light, balconies
Kitchen Equipment limited: no toaster, no wine glasses. There were cockroaches in the master room and restroom🤮. In the living room, the there were crumbs in the sofa, in between cushions. Below the vanitory in the second room there were spiderwebs. Mediocre bed linen.
Overall, the apartment was cheaply decorated , maybe because the property is on sale?.
We rented the townhall #3 last July and it was so cozy and welcoming, that comparison kills the #4.
