L'emplacement proximité de la plage, du port et des commerces. Parking "sécurisé " fermé
Le logement pas propre a notre arrivé ( salle de bain : douche sale, rideau besoin d' être changée et pas d'éclairage suffisant lumière jaune) chambre RDC: (literie inconfortable matelas pitoyable ainsi que le sommier mauvais confort pour le sommeil et le dos) oreillers et traversin pas changer régulièrement. Wc : ( étroit et sers également de débarras seau serpillière balai et aspirateur...) abattant changé lors de notre séjour car en bois sale et cassé pas hygiénique !!!
Salle de vie ( canapé inconfortable, se déchire +++ , télévision fonctionner pas a notre arrivée a été changé au bout de 5 jours et il faut levé la tête en l air pour la regarder... Éclairage insuffisant lumière jaune) cuisine ( plaque électrique fonctionne difficilement a fond pour que ça chauffe, lave vaisselle année 95 ! Fonctionne que sur le programme 4 ! Le réfrigérateur qui d'après l'agence century 21 fonctionne et bien pourquoi il avait de la glace mais aliments pas frais je pense que le frigo mériterait également d'être changé) l étage chambre : impraticable inaccessible car poutre il faut se baisser pour marcher, des prise électrique ne fonctionne pas HS et chaleur intenable ! Le logement mériterait d'être équipé d'une climatisation.
En bref, je ne le recommande pas et nous reviendrons pas car cher par rapport à d'autres logements similaires dans la résidence avec wifi, clim, propre, biens agencé, propre et moderne.
Un mail a déjà été fait, century 21 prévenu et une relance par mail va être faite.
Dommage car logement bien situé...
