Primera línea de playa, playa de las mil palmeras.
Se aparca bien.
Buena piscina.
Camas muy cómodas.
Buen funcionamiento del aire acondicionado.
Apartamento muy completo.
A 10 minutos del Mercadona, Alcampo, Centro comercial...
Buena comunicación con el propietario.

The location of this apartment is amazing. Right next to the beach in a quieter end of town. There is a bar restaurant next door, and more food options across the street. A short walk to the main supermarket and pharmacy. Plenty of free parking on the street.
The balcony has a great view over the sea and is a great place to sit for a coffee or evening drink.
The price is very reasonable - yes it is not a glamorous apartment, but it really does the job well for the points above. If you are going to spend most of your time out and only sleep here, have the occasional drink/meal then this is an absolute bargain.
The communication with the host was excellent, and it was easy to pick up / drop off the keys.
The apartment was clean and tidy: 1 double bed, 1 twin room (small beds) and 1 large sofa bed.
The general state of the place is a bit "dated" (the fridge leaks water, AC unit is old, coffee pot missing a handle, the towels provided are quite old) but this is perfectly reasonable considering the price.
It is also quite small (bathroom /2nd bedroom)
If you are looking for a budget option and can get over these small things, then it won't disappoint. We were 3 guys on a golf trip, so it was perfect for us, but it would also suit a small family on holiday or a group of friends
