Hotel with really friendly staff.
The breakfast is great, fruit, eggs, pancakes, rice etc.
The big pool is very clean and perfect after a sightseeing tour in Luang Prabang.
You can use the bikes of the hotel for free.
The hotel is very well maintained and everything is in perfect condition.
Everything perfect.

Rooms are clean and comfortable! The staff were very helpful and assisted us in a number of ways! I am sure this will be a great hotel when the building work is finished and something can be done about the smell behind the breakfast/pool area
Appreciate that this is a new hotel, however there are certainly some things that could be improved and I would say existing reviews flatter it! There is significant building work going on both with the hotel and directly adjacent, which isn’t disclosed - prepare to be woken up by this. It also meant that the pool did not make for a relaxing spot, essentially being surrounding by angle grinders. This combined with a heavy stagnant water/sewage stench from the water channel behind the pool/breakfast area meant we didn’t spend much time there. The breakfast is also very limited, food wasn’t refreshed very often and there wasn’t anyone clearing old tables away, this combined with the area being outside meant there was a noticeable fly issue - We chose to eat breakfast out instead.

Clean rooms, friendly and accommodating staff. The location is convenient and the overall service was good despite the ongoing work.
The hotel was undergoing renovations during our stay, so there was a bit of noise during the day. However, we understand it's for property improvement. But no worries it only for short time
