東京高CP值、乾淨舒適的房源！我們一家四口入住七天，整體住得很自在。
房源一層一戶，房況新、空間寬敞，環境安靜乾淨。三個房間對一家四口很舒適，床也好睡；每天在東京走累後，回民宿泡澡放鬆很療癒。其中一間房晚上躺在床上即可欣賞晴空塔夜景。
廚房設備齊全，調味料需自備；微波爐、電鍋和烤魚功能都很好用，適合簡單料理。洗衣機搭配浴室衣物乾燥功能，長住很方便。一天遇磅礡大雨，運動鞋全濕，幸好浴室乾燥機及時派上用場，隔天得以乾爽出門。
自助入住指引清楚，房東回覆有效率。入住時開門曾遇到問題，約20分鐘後才順利進入，但房東有即時協助處理。
房源距離押上站約12分鐘步行路程。房東引導從B1出入，但實際入住後發現，從B3出站、順路到LIFE超市採買早餐、宵夜及食材再回民宿，路線更簡單方便。不耐走的人，也可搭乘附近公車前往地鐵站或周邊景點。往返成田機場可直達、不需轉車，帶行李算方便。
可改進：房型狹長，餐廳空間較窄，餐桌椅坐下後通道便無法通行；平底鍋及切菜板也有明顯刮痕，若能定期更換會更好。
整體而言，這是一間乾淨、安靜、設備完善，很適合家庭入住的房源。以東京住宿價格來說CP值很高，我們一家四口住了七天，整體都很滿意！

Excellent location about halfway from kinshicho station and skytree . Olinas mall is only 10 minute walk. grocery store just across the street. So cozy. Perfect place yo stay if you love shopping and sightseeing.

Perto de tudo . Limpa. Silencio e confortável . Compacta mas aconchegante e funcional! Vista incrível da tokio sky tree! Internet boa. Rua linda com várias lojas pertos da pra ir a pé em pelo menos três shopping. Metro trem . Omtemplo mais famoso fica perto tbm. O píer . Tudo! Mas se precisar pegar uber é fácil tbm. Tem três quartos ótimo . Ar condicionado. Máquina de lavar . Um mercadinho na frente e 7/11 . Pouca distância tem uma my basket q é muito barata . Vc vai amar .
Gostei de tudo . A porta do banheiro precisou de reparo mas não me atrapalhou em nada.
