Modern clean house on the beach. Vegetation removal a pity. Dive centre periodically noisy

The house is modern and clean and has a great layout. Would work really well for a family with kids with no roads to cross to the beach and a separate lounge area at the back.

There is a large council sign in the yard saying "this vegetation has been illegally vandalised" A number of paperbarks and other coastal trees in the view to the beach have been knocked over or poisoned which is a pity as coastlines need as much vegetation as possible. There is noise from just before 7am from the dive centre next door. Its happy noise as everyone is excited to go diving but if you want a quiet sleep in this is not the place.
