The location is serene, I got value for my money, the staff were really nice. I got complimentary break for the lowest room tier which I wasn't expecting. Overall I had a good experience.
Very loud music from the lounge area at night. No nets on the windows.

Honest review: The rooms aren't up to standard as advertised on their page. I have mixed feelings about the staff's attitude; some are nice, some are terrible. There was this housekeeper—I can't remember his name—he was super nice. If their admin is reading this, please give that guy a raise, as he made me stay for my intended days because from the first day, I almost canceled the whole booking. The hotel is very noisy as there are always occasions going on at the poolside almost every night. Breakfast was poor; the food can't feed a toddler to fullness, let alone a grown adult.
The good thing is that there is light all the time and the AC was working. Maintenance guys were prompt all the time. There's 24-hour reception. The hotel is secured as there were different levels of security in and out.
Rooms are subpar.
