Nice break in a small efficient stay

Many bath towels and bathroom was clean. Nice box of tomatoes in the fridge for us too.

Had to mount 2 flights of stairs to our studio apartment, it was tough considering we are travelling from a far away country and bringing heavy baggage. Not too close to the beach (1km+). And water in shower too slow.

Very nice

Everything was CLEAN, the room looked nice, the hosts were very friendly and polite, the location was spectacular.

The only thing I did not like is that the walls are rather thin and I can hear everything my neighbors do.

Great little apartment

It was a great apartment for two of us for our week in Santa Marinella. Clean, comfortable, it even has air conditioning and a very big terrace. The washing machine is very useful, the terrace is shared but a nice quiet space outside. The location is good, near two pretty good supermarkets as well as the nice bars and restaurants in the town. Not far from the station too (we didn't have a car, and travelled a few times into Rome on the train). Really helpful staff, pleasant neighbourhood.

Good place for a one-night stayover. nothing more nothing less.

easy to check it with the key locker. sufficient parking nearby.

For us it was just a one night stay over on the road trip. The facilities is just good for that, longer stays we do not recommend.

Purtroppo le negatività sono importanti Descritta come locale non fumatori, peccato che in camera ci fosse una puzza di fumo assurda. Il cuscino stesso puzzava di fumo In camera il condizionatore funziona solo quando si è presenti, bisogna inserire una chiave non staccabile dal mazzo. Quindi al rientro dal mare un caldo assurdo Purtroppo puzza di fogna in camera, comunicata ma non risolta e vi assicuro anche per 2 sole notti, molto fastidiosa, come peraltro l'insistente puzza di fumo.
