La posizione comoda, vicino al mare e ai punti di interesse. Aria condizionata, anche se solo in camera.

Attenzione alla pulizia, mancanza di dettagli come buoni utensili per cucinare, sacchetti per immondizia e informazioni sulla raccolta differenziata, mancanza di lenzuola pulite, giardinetto incolto, prese non funzionanti. All'arrivo mancava ad esempio una bottiglia di acqua fresca, e invece c'erano nella dispensa dei beni avanzati dai precedenti inquilini, ma in cattivo stato.
