Spacious and comfortable accommodation. Although we weren't expecting it or notified there was a cleaning service provided during our 2 week stay. The host was very accommodating for us to extend our stay by a day. The beds were comfortable and basics like handwash, hand lotion and toilet paper were provided. The kitchen has the essentials and although not in the photos, there is a large dining table as well. The location is close proximity to supermarkets, shops, the mall, the casino and plenty of restaurant options that provide great hospitality. There was plenty of security around the area for overseas visitors to feel comfortable and relaxed.
Mainly small maintenance items, nothing major (e.g. glass doors are sagging and can't be closed properly, kitchen tap is loose and comes off). We couldn't use the ensuite shower as the top (small opening) window had no obscure tape/sticker on it, so the shower is visible from neighbouring hotel rooms that sit higher to this floor. The washing machine isn't set to English (possibly in Czech) so it was difficult to choose what settings to use for the correct clothing we were washing.

Location was perfect for our purpose, and the security was exceptional. The restaurant on site makes things perfect after a long day.
