La situation est parfaite. Maxime est adorable avec tous ses conseils et ses gestes.
La plage est juste à 10 minutes à pied.

Le cadre avec le mini jardin et la petite table et chaises pour se détendre à l air, être au rez de chaussee.
Bien équipé.
Propre , bien isolé grâce au double vitrage.
Maxime est très gentil et très serviable.
Il est joignable très facilement
Un peu de difficultés pour trouver.
Il y a une côte très raide à monter.
Une patère supplémentaire aurait été utile.
Parfois assez sonore car les voisins sont très proches et on entend tout.
Construction en béton donc très sonores et cloisons peu épaisses
