Host is really nice, willing to help and responding quickly with good instructions. Location is awesome, very central just couple minutes walk from the main centre at really nice boulevard, there are shops and bus stops nearby. Apartment itself is nice and spacious and generally clean. Big plus for A/C and balcony. I had a really good stay there and would definitely book it again when travelling to Chisinau.
Self check-in is fine but I had some problems to find correct keybox as there were several of them and none looked like the one from instructions (or maybe it's just my stupidity). So had to check all one by one. Also you should consider to change the place when you put keybox - it's very dark and to collect the key you have to be extra careful as there is locked basement down.
Cleaninig could be a little bit improved - especially fridge and balcony looked like werent clean properly after previous guests. Also as kitchen is equipped with nespresso machine would be nice to leave some capsules for guests (I know in Chisinau you can find coffee at every corner but I didn't have much left in apartment and for the price paid it should be provided).

The studio is very nice, just like the pictures, and in a great location in the center of Chisinau. I could go to all places walking. There is no elevator, but the studio is on the first floor. There is a self check-in and check-out. I was asked to pay on cash (or card transfer which I don’t have in my bank) although the info that card payment was accepted. However when I mentioned I could only pay on card the host came with a terminal machine to charge on card.

Muy buena ubicación sobre una avenida principal, el departamento está nuevo recién restaurado tiene lavarropas y secador de toallas ideal para colgar la ropa y secar rápido después de lavar
La escalera de ingreso es un poco oscura ya que se trata de un conjunto habitacional de la época soviética, solamente podría tener más luz pero no es algo tan malo

The location is really great and the owner was welcoming
The property wasn’t cleaned well, the bed sheets and pillows were smelling pretty bad. We wasn’t really sure if it was changed after previous visitors. Facilities and furniture are looking modern, but in not really good shape
