Pulizia, spazi, servizi a disposizione, posizione molto comoda dell' appartamento, autonomia nell' accesso all'appartamento e servizi limitrofi (bar, supermercato)
Gestione dei rifiuti. Bisognava lasciare l'appartamento libero dai rifiuti, ma la tempistica della raccolta differenziata non permette la gestione ottimale. Lo smaltimento dei rifiuti che non è possibile conferire negli appositi raccoglitori nei giorni stabiliti, dovrebbe essere a carico del proprietario.

We had a lovely stay at this apartment in Cagliari. The location is great - close to everything we needed, with bus, train stops and a grocery store nearby. The host was responsive throughout our stay. The apartment itself was clean, modern, and well-equipped. We appreciated having snacks and milk waiting for us upon arrival.
Although the neighborhood is generally quiet, you can hear people smashing the building doors in the early morning and neighbors talking outside. If you’re a light sleeper, earplugs are a good idea. Also, it would be nice if basic toiletries like shampoo were provided. I’ve traveled all over Europe and have mostly stopped carrying shampoo since it’s usually included in Airbnbs.

Sem dúvida a localização é o melhor aspeto. Bastante perto de centro e de transportes públicos com acesso às praias. Também valorizamos o facto de terem sido deixadas bebidas de boas vindas no frigorífico, uma ótima ideia.
Infelizmente os banhos quentes não chegavam nem a 5 minutos, o boiler devia ser consideravelmente pequeno e tinha que tomar banho em 3 minutos para não tomar banho de água fria. Para além disso confesso que um microondas seria bastante bom para pequenos almoços, o leite tinha sempre que ser fervido se não não dava para tomar leite quente ao pequeno almoço.
