The property was good. It’s kind of cute and cozy.
The only downside was the staff. The older lady at the front desk didn’t have a bad attitude, but she wasn’t particularly friendly or welcoming to my friends and me. The young waiter at the restaurant was the same.
I also think the pool hours should be extended past 9 PM, since there aren’t many things to do at the hotel.
The induction cooktop in the kitchen didn’t even work.

All of it!
I didn’t think the people in restaurant and waiters were respectful or friendly but I was a Gringo didn’t know Spanish! And for a place that nice ! They could act dif but ok I’m use to it! Language should not be a barrier! I was really upset about that! I could translated on phone! I told them only eggs/spinach fo omelette and they done just opposite put all rest ingredients and not spinach but yet the new when I told them beans instead of pot! Then ask for bread that was suppose to be on plate! Brought empty shaker pepper 😂no refill coffee! After I finished my first cup! I rate 100% except for that!

Amazing stay in La Paz ! Great hotel jn La Paz, beautiful hotel, definitely need a car to move around and go to the centre or beaches.
Spent two nights at casa Coronel and was a great experience
The shower of my room didn’t have enough pressure
