The design of rooms is good . Since it’s a new property, most things look good. Bathroom has great water pressure and good shower.
The room is small. The walls seem very thin- every noise from the staff outside the door was audible. The sheets etc could be cleaner for sure.

Check-in was challenging from the start, compounded by a Booking.com error and some miscommunication. Some staff were very helpful, while others struggled with English. Communication from the onset is very frustrating especially for a foreigner. The room could have been cleaner, yet the food was delicious and the location excellent — a convenient oasis amidst the chaos of Varanasi.
