Preis Leistung ok. Aber die Wohnung hat dringendes Bedarf an Renovierung

Im Vorfeld gab es einige Unklarheiten die aber bei der Anreise beseitigt werden konnten.

Die Ausstattung der Küche. Es wurde mit viel Mühe die Wohnung renoviert. Aber die Küche und das Bad wurde nicht erneuert. Die Kochplatte war dreckig mit verkeimten Resten. Und der Heizkörper im Schlafzimmer war defekt. Die Heizung im Wohnzimmer geht abends um 10 aus und erst wieder um 7 an. Was sonst eigentlich ok wäre, wenn man sich wenig in der Wohnung aufhält. Aber nachts ist die Wohnung sehr ausgekühlt. Da die Kinder im Schlafzimmer geschlafen haben wurde es durch den defekten Heizkörper sehr kalt.

Im Vorfeld gab es einige Unklarheiten die aber bei der Anreise beseitigt werden konnten.
