La situation géographique à quelques minutes de la gare centrale. Proche du centre, de la rivière Han et du quartier Mapo-Gu.
Quartier ancien dans lequel il subsiste de vieilles maisons seoulites.
Appartement propre et bien équipé. Indications très précises pour le trouver fournies par le propriétaire. Propriétaire a l’écoute et qui répond immédiatement aux demandes.
Ce n’était pas un problème pour nous mais il faut savoir que l’appartement est situé au coeur d’un quartier très pentu et que ça monte très fort pour s’y rendre.

El apartamento es espacioso, luminoso y tiene todo lo necesario. Estaba limpio. La ubicación cerca de la estación de Seul era práctica para moverse por la ciudad y/o en tren a otros lugares.
Para llegar hay que subir escaleras o una pequeña cuesta en una zona de casas bajas. Al llegar nos costó un poco encontrar la ubicacion

Cet appartement est une vraie pépite.
Nous étions 4 avec des adolescents et malgré que l’appartement fasse 30m2 c’est bien suffisant car parfaitement agencé.
Le lieu est propre et très bien situé avec la gare à 10 min à pied.
Certains parlent des escaliers mais vraiment ce n’est pas rédhibitoire, il y a 3 moyens d’accéder à l’appartement et si vous tournez à droite avant l’agence de location de voiture lotte il y a des escaliers raides mais moins longs que les autres.
Quand vous arrivez prenez un taxi depuis la gare car c
Est le seul moment difficile avec les valises.

We had a wonderful stay here. The apartment is on the smaller side, but it is well designed and well equipped with all the essentials. The best part is its location, because it takes just 10 minutes by foot to get to Seoul station, making commuting and sightseeing super convenient. The communication with the host was absolutely flawless! They provided a comprehensive, step by step check-in guide before our arrival, complete with clear directions and a video! Every piece of information we could possibly need was detailed perfectly. Completely stress-free stay at Seoul! ⭐️👍
