Needs renovation!

Mustafa is a good host and the communication and flexibility was all good. The location is excellent, Uskadar is a lovely peaceful and scenic place.

The property is very spacious, with large rooms and plenty of space, and the price is certainly reasonable compared with some other properties in the area. However, there is a catch. The place really needs some serious renovation and updating. The advertised jacuzzi is mouldy and damaged, and the other shower door is also damaged. The kitchen is currently being held together with sellotape and really needs replacing rather than repairing. There are also sockets that are literally coming away from the wall, while all of the sofas are unstable or have missing legs. Overall, the property has a lot of potential because of its size, location and space, but it is in need of significant maintenance, renovation and decoration. The lower price may seem attractive, but guests should be aware that the condition of the property does not accurately match the impression given by the listing.

Disappointed

The host was helpful on the phone & with messages. The location is great and fantastic views. The villa would be great if didnt have so many negatives.

Needs updating, broken furniture, dirty, unsafe stairs up to roof terrace (but was warned about that), unclean dishes in dishwasher, used body scubs in bathroom, there is no jacuzzi its a dirty bath, broken toliet seat. I would not recommend this place.
