L’appartement correspond exactement à la description! Bien équipé, propre, bien situé et bon rapport qualité prix. Le propriétaire était très réceptif et empathique !

Contrairement à l’agréable et irréprochable accueil du propriétaire, nous avons été extrêmement déçu du manque de réactivité du service clientèle de Booking. En effet, notre message est resté sans réponse jusqu’à ce jour.

Horrorweekend

Het uitzicht, ware het niet dat de ramen van 'het balkon' (30 CM breed) zeer vuil waren en en er een verwarming pal in het zicht staat op de meest onmogelijke plaats.

Ik revalideer van een zeer zware val en kan/mag geen trappen doen. Had dus bewust een appartement gekozen dat voor mij alleen eigenlijk te groot en bijgevolg te duur was, maar omwille van de lift. Bij aankomst bleek de lift buiten werking en bij vertrek 5 dagen later nog steeds. Wat dus een super zonnig lang weekend aan zee moest worden waarbij ik elke dag in een restaurantje zou gaan eten, werden 4 dagen opgesloten in een ouderwets appartement en overleven op crackers en de enkele boodschappen die ik gedaan had en een vriendelijke man van de eerste verdieping voor me naar boven heeft gedragen. De trap is een draaitrap zonder armleuning. Ik ben na thuiskomst dus meteen naar de arts moeten gaan voor infiltratie van heupgewricht. Het appartement werd nooit gerenoveerd, wat o.a. betekent 1 stopcontact per kamer ergens in een hoekje net boven de plint. Gsm opladen kan dus enkel wanneer je die bv in de slaapkamer aan het voeteind op de grond legt. En wat me bovenal mateloos ergert is de onverschilligheid van de eigenaar: geen excuses, laat staan enige tegemoetkoming! Toen ik vertrok zat die al op de trap te wachten tot ik weg was. Toen ik met 3 (!) zakken in 1 hand zei dat een kapotte lift heel vervelend was, trok hij gewoon even zijn schouders op. Ik wist toen nog niet dat het de eigenaar was. Dat merkte ik pas toen ik beneden zag dat brievenbus en sleutelkluis volledig open stonden. Kortom: alles viel me tegen. Echt geen aanrader!!!!
