Pas de petit déjeuner et l'emplacement super car au milieu de la ville d'Auxerre, pas besoin de la voiture.
Maison très propre, claire et aménagée, décorée avec goût, très spacieuse, avec beaucoup de rangement.
Prévoir un drap housse pour le canapé lit, j'ai constaté une grosse tâche sur le matelas, penser à le changer, il n'y avait pas de saladiers cela nous a fait défaut, ni de verres de cuisine.
Une petite table de jardin + chaises auraient été bien appréciées sur la terrasse de devant.
Ouverture du portail pas très large, du coup j'ai rayé mes portières avant et derrière passager, manoeuvres très difficiles pour accéder à la place parking.

Quirky apartment right in the historic centre. Clean and pleasant, with parking.
If your car is big it probably won’t fit into the parking space. Bathroom is in the roof so headroom limited, and toilet is downstairs. Dealings with the host were somewhat impersonal but worked fine. Don’t let that stop you though - it’s nice.

Très bien équipé nous avons manqué de rien. Petite attention à l'arrivée (gâteaux du coin )qui fait toujours plaisir. Bien situé pour faire à pied centre ville et quai. Très propre c'est appréciable. Petite cour pour rentrer la voiture.
Le matelas du canapé lit est à changer nous avons très mal dormi. Côté chambre notre fille a apprécié la literie. Des gens se garent devant le portail ( plusieurs fois durant notre séjour du samedi au lundi). Ils ne sont pas très loin certes mais c'est pas super. Malgré tout cela nous avons passé un excellent séjour et recommandons cette location sans hésiter
