Location was great for a family gathering. Easy walking in the countryside around the house and not far by car from villages, towns and local attractions. Well equipped kitchen, comfy beds and nice bathrooms.
Stairs were steep, especially to the top floor bedroom, fine for most, but not suitable for anyone with mobility issues. Worked ok for our party as there was a downstairs bedroom with ensuite. Sofas in conservatory quite worn but comfortable. Some of online info eg about outside music speakers needs updating but we worked it out.

Everything was perfect about the property! Gorgeous location, had everything we needed for a great stay.
Only small comment would be about the sofa bed in the back bedroom, it was really uncomfortable with a big dip in the middle so wasn’t really suitable for 2 adults to sleep in.

Nice big spaces to enjoy both inside and out. Very welcoming and fully equipped for all your needs. Hot tub was a great added bonus. Plenty of bathrooms so you're never waiting for the loo or to have a shower 😁. The kitchen was well kitted out for cooking a new year's day meal for 11 people. Not far from Jeremy Clarkson's Pub, if you like that sort of thing. Tad was very helpful from booking to check out.

The facilities were all there plus more. It was a lovely place. The bedrooms and bathrooms were exceptional.
The towels were very hard and rough and could have been softer.
