The owners usually responded and it was clean there. Nobody bothered me which was good and there was a small kitchen and refrigerator to have food there and a washer. Also 2 bathrooms were great too. For the majority of the time people were clean and respectful. Washer came in handy a lot too.
Humid in the room even with dehumidifier. Trash cans in the bathrooms were tiny. They need to have some maybe 3 times bigger in the bathrooms. Maybe put 2 sets or 3 rolls in the wall of toilet built in wall. Also put sign in front of the sink to wash plates (some other guests are lazy, leave their dirty dishes and don't wash them). Maybe get a dryer there too.

Me encantó la opción que tenia lavarropas, pasear en pleno verano por madrid es sofocante y es ideal poder lavar la ropa transpirará del día. Privacidad, todas las comodidad, cocina equipada con todo lo indispensable, habitaciones totalmente insonorizadas, etc.
Me pareció poco profesional no avisar que estaban construyendo en la segunda planta (o sea, literal encima del apartamento ) Tuvimos que soportar ruidos de taladro y golpeteos fuertes constantes, fue imposible poder descansar bien o poder estar durante el día. Para colmo un día tiraban Justo en la entrada de la casa escombros y las rejas se trababan con las piedras, no pudiendo abrir la puerta y Justo cuando pude hacerlo para salir, me tiró encima de mi cabeza polvo y escombros (tuve que alertarle porque ni se percató y me contestó “luego bajo y barro”)

il posto è molto carino con il cortile con le panchine
Sicuramente c'era molta umidità all'interno dell'appartamento. Sarebbe meglio il condizionatore d'aria in quanto faceva molto caldo
