Le service est impeccable personnel est aux petits soins depuis la navette gratuite toutes les 15 minutes environ qui vous emmène de la ville à l’hôtel est top
Christeen sera aux petits soins pour vous pour toutes vos demandes pour notre part, et nous a sorti un peu de l’embarras par rapport à une réservation que nous avions dans un autre hôtel, elle nous a réglé ça en 2-3 mouvements les deux piscines de l’hôtel sont très bien aussi. Une petite préférence pour la piscine côté restaurant cinq jours passé ici rien à dire.
Si on veut vraiment pousser la connexion wi-fi qui des fois saute, et au final on a laissé tomber, on est restés en 5G

The location and view from the rooftop area was excellent. There are excellent views of the pyramids from the rooftop area. The hotels is just 20 minutes walk to the entrance of the Giza Necropolis. There is a lift within the hotel so that you don't have to climb up the flights of stairs to your room. The owner is very helpful.
The hotel entrance is hidden in a side street and is rather hard to find. The room smelt of cigarette smoke unfortunately but this is the case with most hotels in Egypt. I have informed the owner and shown him how to remove he can remove the smell using an ionizer. For the price paid for the accomodation, we can't really complain. It was good enough for the one night stay in Cairo before we needed to head off on our tour of the Black and White Desert.
