Our stay at Casa Conquista was wonderful. The staff were exceptionally accommodating when we arrived much later than expected due to a medical emergency, and their kindness made a stressful situation much easier.
The room was warm, comfortable, and had everything we needed for our stay. The location was also excellent—just a short walk from Plaza de Armas.
Breakfast was another highlight. It was diverse, fresh, and absolutely delicious, with plenty of options to choose from.
The hospitality was outstanding, and we truly appreciated how kind and welcoming everyone was. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend Casa Conquista to anyone visiting the area.

This place had many things that truly matter to me as a traveler: good, functioning internet; a warm(!) albeit weak shower; a space heater for those cold Cusco nights—so incredibly helpful. I met the owner and her two sons only briefly but they seemed very nice and hospitable; I didn’t take advantage of the breakfast.
Make no mistake: the rooms are very simple; the building is very old; the bathroom is shared, not super clean and accessed via a creaky outside stairway. There are two (friendly) dogs that roam freely within the property, and several neighborhood dogs that roam freely outside the property. Access is via a fairly steep cobblestone street, pedestrian-only.

No hot water, poor internet connection, the room was dirty and the shower with no curtain.

Tuve una muy buena experiencia en el hospedaje. La ubicación es bastante conveniente y el lugar tiene una vista muy agradable que realmente suma a la estadía. Todo estuvo limpio, ordenado y bien cuidado. Además, el trato fue siempre muy amable y atento, lo que hizo que me sintiera muy cómoda y bienvenida desde el inicio. Se percibe un ambiente tranquilo y acogedor que invita a descansar y desconectarse. La comida también fue un punto muy positivo, con varias opciones al gusto y todo lo que probé estuvo muy rico. Es de esos lugares a los que uno regresa con gusto. Sin duda volvería.
