Peaceful friendly well located hotel

The hotel is well located, making it easy to get around and explore the area. The pool is a nice addition and a great place to cool off after a long, hot day. Overall, a convenient stay with some positives, but there is room for improvement in both cleanliness and consistency of service.

The bathroom, however, could be improved, as it was not very well cleaned and there was mold in some corners of the shower. The staff were generally kind and helpful, although our experience on the last day was not ideal. One staff member was quite rude and refused to accept a banknote, claiming it was too old—even though it was accepted elsewhere shortly after.

The staff at the front desk tried so hard to please the guests, mr (Big) and his brother are the star employees at this hotel, they went above and beyond to try to get things working, for everyone thank you guys The hotel cats were delightful and very friendly when we wanted ice for drinks on the deck no problems and the staff even made my partner ginger tea when he was sick as ive said they really tried hard.even the morning of my 75th birthday the staff sang happy birthday and presented me with a delicious chocolate birthday cake 🎂 lovely personal touch

When i read the reviews on this hotel I thought awh great. But not so . The rooms were very clean but so small the bathroom we kept clean but the showroom head was damaged and therefore didn't work properly The towels were fluffy and replenish every day the telephone was new but it took ages to get connected but it was done in a few days . The bed was comfortable but apart from a broken door wardrobe there was nowhere to put your clothes there were some small tables with sealed up small draws so our bags had to stay on the floor, not good when you are old and have a bad back. The breakfast was ok nothing special the problem being there was virtually no English spoken the breakfast manager did his best but was clearly out of his comfort zone., but yet again really tried his best as did all the staff to make us comfortable . There's no bar or restaurant wifi was ok when it worked but I got a sim card from the front desk whichever helped a lot the street was very run down. And having what looked like building extensions going on directly next to rooms made you feel you were in a construction site and banging sawing yelling the whole day long so much for a peaceful time. It seems there is no manager just a veitnamse boss who only visits now and then also no English spoken I was told, je will turn up when he feels like it. But again mr Big was always there to help us out.
