Not so cosy, cold apartment and an unresponsive owner

Location is good, house is nice and spacious and well equipped

The moment i stepped in the house i noticed how freezing cold it was, set the radiators to max and it was hardly warm to touch even after a while, messaged the owner and no response, eventually ended up using two blankets to fall asleep. Woke up in the morning and it was freezing, impossible to walk on the cold tiles, messaged the owner again requesting her to increase heating or sort it out as we have a 7 year old boy who was now having to wear jackets and socks and extra layer of clothing, mentioned this to her about our kid feeling sick due to the low temperature and no response. We decided to leave as early as possible and noticed the owner shooting off in the morning glancing a look thru the corner of her eye thru the living room window. We packed our bags and left as early as possible. We usually visit kreuztal often and our usual place wasnt available so had to book this terrible one. Luckily it was for one night. I still havent had any response from the owner, complete silence. Then noticed other reviews mention its cold, and they were written in summer and i was here in winter! If you want to freeze and want your kids shivering in cold go ahead and book this place, m pretty certain i should have camped out in the garden overnight, might have been warmer outside than inside this horrible and not so cosy holiday apartment, never would i book this ever again! I usually do not give negative reviews, in fact this is my first, i was hoping if i get a response from the owner even after the stay i wouldnt do it to let her explain, but its been three days since my stay and still no response to all the messages i have sent her, so i decided to write this review unfortunately.

Da wir spät eingetroffen sind war die Bude kalt. Die Heizungen war nicht aufgedreht. Und erst Morgen früh ging die Heizanlage an. Und die Duschbrausen Befestigungen ist defekt, kann man nicht feststellen.
