Apartmán je pěkný s dobrou a bohatou výbavou, pěknou terasou a k moři je to pár schodů. Na veřejnou pláž je to pár minut, stejně tak do pekárny, které jsou tu dvě, pizzerie a následně pak i do Studenacu. Moře čisté a teplé.
Horší příjezd na parkovací místo, slabší řidiči by mohli mít problém při výjezdu. Do moře se jde po větších kamenech a je třeba opatrnost. Pozor na ježky. Soukromá pláž ( ač tento termín neexistuje, jelikož vše je státu ) je "soukromá" pro 3-4 apartmány.

Große Terrasse, Perfekte Moskitonetze, ca. 50 Stufen zum Meer am ruhigen und schattigen Privatstrand mit hauseigenen Liegestühlen.
Klimaanlage ist leider nur eine im Wohn- und Esszimmer vorhanden. Besser wären zwei in den Schlafzimmern. Große runde Steine am Strand, Badeschuhe zum reinlaufen sind sinnvoll.
