Location nice! Good breakfast, decent restaurant.
While the staff was courteous, the restaurant service felt outdated and somewhat inflexible. It may appeal to some guests, but it did not match modern hospitality standards in my opinion.
The biggest disappointment was the communication. After the hotel changed my reservation, it was virtually impossible to reach anyone. Phone calls went unanswered and I received no reply to my emails. This created unnecessary stress before my arrival.
We also found the beds to be rather uncomfortable, which unfortunately affected the quality of our sleep.
With better communication, more modern customer service and more comfortable beds, this hotel could offer a much better overall experience.
