The apartment is recently renovated, and includes all you need for a pleasant stay at Lake Como in Bellagio. The view is absolutely spectacular, and I've been enjoying it every single night with a cold bottle of prosecco and a cigar, and music. The views have been burned into my eyes at this point, given the fact how much I've been taking the view in both at day and at night.
The owner left free drinks and snacks (including one bottle of delicious prosecco), and was very accommodating.
Every single little thing is explained, and the apartment even includes booklets, magazines, and any info about your stay within the apartment itself, but also the countless little things you can do around lake como, including important facilities like taxis, night taxis, dentists and doctors if need be.
A handy little binder is also included, which has historical information, and much more.
The apartment is located near a very nice breakfast patisserie (Pasticceria Sancassani), and a bar (just walk towards the sound of people socializing over drinks). You can even buy a bottle of wine, almost anything at the bar to takeaway, should you have forgotten ;) You're also very close to a good parking spot, bus stop, and a vespa rental is about a 5-10 minute walk away (HIGHLY recommended! - Just don't drive into the ZTL zones or you'll get fined €100).
The only minor quirk is the location, even though there are facilities nearby. If you have a car, scooter, bike, then you're located about a 5 min drive/cycle/ride to the town center! - Again, be careful not to drive into the ZTL zones.
