Staff were AMAZING! We had flight delays and trouble getting to the hotel but the lady working the night shift was so helpful. We had a very quick stop but just what we needed. Thank you!

The location is excellent! Can walk to major tourist areas and is ideal if you're going on a cruise.
There was no breakfast option only a snack bar so please change that in the hotel's offerings. That was a huge shocker!

I like the location and the staff. Carlos greeted us as soon as we walk in. He gave options of different locations around the area. I really felt welcome Thank you Carlos
The parking wasn’t available. We had to park farther from the hotel and walk back.

The location was excellent, close to everything.
I thought we would be having breakfast in the mornings only to learn there was a snack bar 😑😦
