The owners of this property were very responsive and helpful in overcoming a few hurdles. The spaciousness cleanliness of the environment was also phenomenal. The listing does not disclose that this property is right above a very active business and the outdoor shower requires you to walk past an active business if you want to make it back to your apartment. There is very little privacy many of the windows are missing window treatments, leaving you exposed. Our stay was the end of the season, it seemed that some of the items in the house were either broken or not properly refilled. The hot tub was not working properly. The fire pit was out of propane, there was only one roll of paper towels/ 2 toilet paper, the sink disposal had been tripped by previous tenants and not reset, the door screen for the patio had fallen off and not been put back on, the mattress toppers were all in the wrong direction on the bed, so we actually went to sit on the bed and fell off of the side, and a few of the furniture pieces had been damaged prior to our arrival. None of these things were a huge deal, but they were small inconveniences. In addition there were amenities listed on this property that are not included. For example, there is no gym, there were no beach towels, although the owner did remedy that and provide them to us. Lastly, there is a very large set of stairs that you must climb to enter this house, which does not appear in any of the pictures and is not disclosed.
