About this apartment rental
Come enjoy this cozy unit centrally located in the Pettigru Historic District. This home is just a stones throw from the famous Swamp Rabbit Trail (5 minute walk) downtown (15 minute walk), the Greenville Zoo/Cleveland Park (10 minute walk) and 5 minute walk to Bon Secours Wellness Arena. This is a unit within a renovated historic triplex and has it's own, private, exterior entry. Inside is renovated and has a kitchen that has all the items you need for your stay (utensils, pots, pans, cups, bowls, etc.) as well a stocked Nespresso machine!
Please note the bathroom is not suitable for guests over 6'.
The space:
This unit is located in an old historic home that at some point was converted into a triplex. It has it's own private entrance as well as a free laundry room (entrance to laundry is just outside of the unit) It's stocked with plates, pots, utensils, cups, etc. This property is less than a 5 minute walk Bon Secours wellness center, 5 minute walk onto the Swamp Rabbit Trail, and a 10-15 minute pedestrian friendly walk to main street
Guest access:
The unit is completely private with it's own access. There's an exterior accessed laundry room that is potentially shared with one other guest if both units are occupied.

Please note the low ceiling height (6') in parts of the bathroom)

Our host was wonderful and very easy to communicate with and the place is super cute. My only reservation is that it was pretty noisy both with traffic noise from the street nearby and also because it’s an older property, you could really hear people walking up above, a lot. But if you’re not overly sensitive to noise, it is a great deal and has wonderful walk-ability to lots of fun attractions in Greenville.

We enjoyed our stay. The house was clean and the bed was comfortable. Convenient to downtown and the Swamp Rabbit Trail. Access to the house was easy.

Charming place that was a reasonable walk to Main St. The parking was extremely convenient. The unit was spotless. Nice cozy kitchen area. Next time I come back to Greenville, we definitely want to stay here again. The owner was awesome too!

Adorable little apartment that had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. It’s about a 15-minute walk to downtown, and the neighborhood is beautiful and perfect for a relaxing stroll. We really enjoyed our time here!
