New to the rental market. Welcome to the Meeresstrand apartment complex in Scharbeutz.
The apartment is in a fantastic location, just 30 meters from the beach, in the heart of Scharbeutz on Strandallee. The town center, with its many restaurants, shops, and cafés, is right on your doorstep.
The 60-square-meter, two-room apartment is located on the first floor and features two spacious balconies, offering plenty of room to enjoy the fresh Baltic Sea air without having to leave the apartment. The elevator takes you directly to the first floor. Here you’ll find your well-designed and inviting vacation home, which is equipped to accommodate 2 adults and 2 children.
The living room features a cozy sleeper sofa (sleeping area 1.40 m x 2.00 m), a large flat-screen TV, and a dining area for 4 people—which is not only perfect for breakfast but also ideal for fun game nights—are connected to both balconies. One faces west, and the other offers a partial ocean view and faces northeast.
Adjacent to the living room is the fully equipped kitchen, which can be closed off with sliding doors if desired. A ceramic cooktop, an oven, a refrigerator with an integrated freezer compartment, and a dishwasher invite you to cook to your heart’s content. Plenty of cooking utensils are on hand to help you out. You’ll also find the washing machine here.
In the bedroom, a box-spring bed with a sleeping surface measuring 1.80 x 2.00 m (with a full-length topper) and blackout curtains ensure a good night’s sleep. A spacious closet provides ample storage. You can also access the northeast-facing balcony from here.
The modern bathroom, featuring a walk-in shower and a heated towel rack, rounds out this lovingly furnished apartment.

Our apartment building, Haus Meeresstrand, is located 50 m from the beach. It is located right in the heart of Scharbeutz, directly on the Dünenmeile. It features an elevator, a bicycle storage room, and a laundry/drying room in the basement (for a fee). You can park your car right at the building.
We invite you to visit the beautiful Baltic Sea coast year-round to enjoy relaxing walks on the beach or bike rides.
