Check in was easy and communication with host is good. Responsive to messages fairly quickly. Neighborhood is busy. Easy parking areas. Inside was pretty clean. Back patio area was not as pictured in listing. Sofa was uncomfortable to sit on, and king bed upstairs is extremely firm. Pillows provided are very thin and flat. Was not able to stay the whole booking due to uncomfortable sleeping.

The place was perfect for us, our daughter and our little dog. Fully fenced in yard, poop bags available, and the best later was there were mirrors! And 2 bathrooms! So us girls could all easily get ready for the day. The host was very communicative, wasn't over bearing or demanding, responded right away and stayed out of our hair. We couldn't ask for a better situation. Close to grocery stores, quiet neighborhood. TV to fall asleep to Netflix with. It was perfect. Thank you!!!

Beautiful place and loved it. The Host was very responsive. It was very convenient and closer to a lot of restaurants and where my daughter had her Volleyball tournament. Would definitely rent this place again and rent from this host

The host was very communicative- even when we got in late. Unfortunately the sofa bed was broken and the bed itself was filthy as well as underneath where we could see fruit snack wrappers and other junk from previous tenants. Roll away bed in upstairs closet. Dishwasher, washer, dryer all nice. Upstairs bathroom smells like mold but was nice to give our two youngest a bubble bath in and all bathrooms were well stocked with toilet paper. Yard space was very dirty but we used to live in Spokane and it’s right under a tree, so we get it. Got an automated message about a landscaper coming on Wednesdays. We never saw him. Not really space to eat as a family, a picnic table outside would have been nice but it worked for us for the few days we were there.
