Location of the property is in the heart of Ipoh town. Property completed with kitchenette as well as washing machine, smart tv, fully air-cond. Side table with wireless charging is also located in the master bedroom.

Convenient location with a decent view, easy check-in, and felt safe
Cleanliness of the accommodation was of particular concern (alluded to by another guest review). eg. Malodorous bathroom (likely from the toilets), with stains/deposits from previous occupants. Also had to deal with a roach on the first day... The pool was a major attraction but was only used once as it smelt of algae.
More attention to smaller/simpler details also required. eg. Lack of hand towels, availability of soap for bathroom sinks, etc.
