Is this a scam or just their ignorance? Not a two bedroom apartment as advertised.

The two single bedroom apartments we actually stayed in (see below) were well appointed with coffee tea and sugar and Prime TV. The apartments are well located. There is no real typical city noise, although there is noise from guests at night coming home in the corridor, perhaps because we were close to the elevator

You can make your own minds up if this is a scam or just their ignorance. But I see from an earlier review I am not the only one to experience this. Booking.com clearly advertises a two bedroom apartment - not two, non-adjoining 1 bedroom apartments. We booked a the two bedroom apartment, as advertised and paid for this, but were provided two, non-adjoining 1 bedroom apartments, which the remote service staff had no explanation for. Hence the low rating. Even though we have booked via Booking.com, and paid, you are notified two days before that you must register with another website to receive the checkin details. Luckily we had roaming on the phone. The new website provides check in details and checkout details that ironically then contradict a series of message you receive via chat. One of the two cards did not work and the help service only comment was "are you using the right door". I travel a reasonable amount, and I can not recommend this apartment, in fact I would be wary.

Céntrico, sin vistas y detalle cutre

Check out a las 10:00; pedimos prórroga hasta las 12:30 porque el vuelo salía a las 14:00, y no teníamos donde dejar las maletas, solo de uno de los dos apartamentos que habíamos alquilado. Pero solo nos dejaron hasta las 11:30. Muy cutre, y no fue barato. Mal detalle. No pudimos aprovechar nada esa mañana.
