The location is really good, and the apartment well suited for a family, it was easy for us to prepare our breakfast and then take off for the day.
There is a sour smell coming from the basement, the housekeeper was nice and did her best to remove it but it two a couple of days to improve.

All'arrivo l'appartamento era pulito. E' presente una cucina, un soggiorno con tv, la camera da letto, il bagno con la doccia e uno stanzino dove poter mettere le valigie. Il riscaldamento sempre acceso era molto piacevole. La terrazza sul tetto ha una bellissima vista a 360° su Torshavn. Il centro dista dieci minuti a piedi.
La pulsantiera del portone d'ingresso del palazzo e della porta dell'appartamento bisognava premerle più volte per metterle in funzione

Very well located, great communication and instructions, modern furnishings
I don’t think I ended up with the apartment I thought I had booked. The heating was quite tricky to lower and the duvets were so warm that I literally woke up covered in sweat every night. There was only one very light pillow for each bed, which isn’t enough by far - I ended up having to put my travel pillow underneath it to get any kind of neck support (and I’m 34 so not exactly old!). There also wasn’t a bath mat, which meant the water from the shower went everywhere and one of us had to sacrifice the tiny face towel to clean it up. Extra towels would have been much appreciated, as would a doormat, as obviously even when we were taking off shoes outside, dirt from hiking and suitcases still got in. There was no dustpan or hoover to clean that up, so the wooden floors got dirty very fast. We also returned one evening to the worst smell of rotten eggs coming from the drains. This was fixed by management the next day, but was very unpleasant.
