Die Lage oberhalb von Positano ist traumhaft.
Uns war eine Waschmaschine wichtig, die stand auch im Badezimmer, aber mit dem Vermerk, dass sie defekt ist. Beim Einschalten des Föns fiel der Strom aus. Zunächst war es schwer, den Stromkasten zu finden. Auf meinen Anruf beim Vermieter gab es keine Antwort. In der spärlich ausgestatteten Küche ist die Zubereitung eigener Speisen eigentlich unmöglich.

Unfortunately, there were several issues that negatively affected our stay. The washing machine was shown in the listing photos, so we expected to be able to use it, but upon arrival we found out that it was not working.
The bathroom was not properly cleaned: there was a lot of limescale and buildup in the shower cabin and on the tiles. The boiler was also leaking, and the constant sound of dripping water was very annoying, especially at night and made it difficult to sleep.
The apartment had a strange and unpleasant smell that was difficult to get rid of, even after trying to ventilate the room. There was also very high humidity in the apartment and especially in the bathroom, so clothes washed by hand could not properly dry.
Ventilating the apartment was also difficult because insects would immediately fly inside when the doors were opened, and there was no adequate protection against insects.
The location was also somewhat misleading — the walk to Positano took considerably longer than indicated in the listing.
There is a café nearby, and there were frequent loud gatherings and late-night noise, which made it difficult to sleep. I would strongly recommend bringing earplugs if you stay here.
Finally, communication with the host was slow. We had to contact Booking.com directly and ask them to reach out to the host because we were not receiving a response.
The view from the property is beautiful. There are parking options nearby, which is a big advantage in this area. The rooms themselves were clean and there were plenty of towels available.
