The property is to be found on a modern housing estate, has good off road parking and is easy to access. It is decorated to a high standard throughout, offers a garden and has a good range of appliances in the kitchen with some tea and coffee provided which was a lovely welcome treat. It is very easy to get into the centre of Hull from here to travel up the coast. There are good facilities nearby with a retail park and several food outlets all within walkable distance. The seating is comfortable and the dining room table a lovely place to gather to eat. A good effort has been made to bring the property up to a good standard on the whole.
There were a couple of minor issues upon arrival but when contacted the management company were keen to apologise and offer to put things right. It's a small bug bear as well, but the twin room has nowhere to hang any clothes and 2nd floor room has very flimsy coat hangers which are not in keeping with the standard the host is trying to create. There also needs to be a little thought about how a family or group might live when in property, for example there was no microwaveable bowls and no toilet roll holder in the first floor bathroom.

Its a nice house with potential, spacious
Management controlling heating and hot water and ended up with hot water at one point, little darker, not enough lights or lights are burned.
