Insatisfeita

A pousada não tem nada a ver com as fotos que estão no Sait, o prédio é muito velho as acomodação é pequena onde um quarto tem duas beliche, geladeira e microondas junto as camas e outro uma cama de casal sem janela para 5 pessoas não tem condições por isso não ficamos na pousada difícil localização cheguei às 17 horas, sendo que cheguei em Tramandaí as 14:30 hrs, devolvi a chaves para o proprietário e falei que não ficaríamos pois o espaço era muito pequeno, fiz reclamação onde o proprietário disse muitas inverdades do ocorrido enfim perdi 1,420 reais e tive que alugar outro lugar para ficar , seria importante voces da booking fazer visita nas acomodaçoes antes de colocar para alugar e minha primeira experiência com vocês , infelizmente não me agradei. Infelizmente não tirei foto pois fiquei tão chateada que sai rapidamente do lugar.

Lugar excelente!! Voltarei mais vezes com toda certeza! Proprietários muito queridos e simpáticos, super prestativos. Nos receberam com muita atenção. Levei meu cachorrinho junto e até ele foi super aceito e tratado com carinho... O lugar muito limpo e organizado, os quartos bem equipados, assim como a mini cozinha e banheiro. Estava tudo perfeito, vimos cuidados em todos os detalhes!! Parabéns aos proprietários! Ganharam uma família de clientes.

Lugar excelente!! Voltarei mais vezes com toda certeza! Proprietários muito queridos e simpáticos, super prestativos. Nos receberam com muita atenção.
