Excellent location to get about and see beautiful Norfolk Quiet peaceful area and easy to park even on a bus route if you wish. Everything you needed was in this well equipped cosy home from home accommodation loved it

our daughter had booked this accommodation in order to attend a concert at sandringham.
location was really good, well kept area around the property. the issue we had was resolved in a timely manner and simon was apologetic. the bed was very comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed.
we arrived to find the cottage had not been cleaned from previous guests, a time of arrival was asked before hand and we did reply 4.00pm. it was resolved but we did have to vacate property for a couple of hours for it to be done which after a long drive we felt a bit put out we could not just put our feet up and unpack and have a drink.
Maybe good for a young couple or someone with a bit more mobility but we found the stairs and the lay out of this cottage a bit of a challenge to us.
