I was a little nervous as to what i would be arriving to as there is little to no reviews but thankfully the Villa was amazing. It was more than big enough for the 10 of us. Spotlessly clean. Plenty of plates, cutlery etc. Outside areas are well set up. Pool is huge. BBQ has all the equipment. They also had a good selection of floaties and pool toys for us (from previous guests) which was a hit with the small and big kids alike. Villa also overlooks the shipwreck which was a bonus for us. Few mins drive to Coral Bay strip and approx 20mins away for Paphos harbour.

The only problem we encountered was that pool table leans to one side so couldn't play a proper game - however for our group this didn't matter. Also the safe key is on the house keys which operates the electricity so everytime we needed to open the safe the electric would cut out. Not a problem - just more annoying than anything. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this villa.

The location of the house and the spaciousness of the rooms (each room has its own toilet)

The house needs a new interior and it's not enough to just clean the rooms and the toilet. The cleanliness of the building is very questionable.
