Great property, super responsive staff, even though it wasn't face to face, which we prefer... Great location, great restaurants all around. Small issue with the shower and toilet, which was resolved very quickly - IMPRESSED! Will visit again.
A little glitchy getting into the property. Make sure you have not just a data e-SIM on your phone, but also ability to make a local phone call - YOU WILL NEED IT. And even then you may have some glitches getting in, as we did. Thankfully local residents let us in so we got to our apartment. It was on Sunday evening, so we can't be too critical of the host. The Wi-Fi was not reliable and pretty choppy, we used our cell phone's mobile network for internet.

Deze accommodatie was zeer proper. Een kleinere kamer maar perfect!
Moderne badkamer, geen lawaai s’nachts .
Afstand naar het centrum ideaal. 20 min wandelen centraal station, 20 min wandelen naar Duomo.
Wij waren telkens weg van s’morgens tot s’avonds laat, s’avonds op de terugweg naar accommodatie hebben we ons nooit onveilig gevoeld. Met de metro perfect ook bereikbaar. Maar wij wandelden liefst. Winkels waren ook open tot 21:00.
Op voorhand krijg je duidelijke en juiste instructies om in te checken.
Een kleine tip. Misschien aan de bos sleutels nummers hangen welke sleutel 1,2,3,4 te gebruiken voor ons was dit soms een zoektocht.
Wij komen zeker terug naar deze accommodatie.
Wij verbleven er 3 nachten, hadden maar p.p 2 handdoeken. Op de gang was er wel een wash & dry machine , wat dus wel handig was 👍🏽

The location of the apartments are great, metro station is just a few minutes, Duomo and Milano Centrale are in walkable distances.
Check-in was easy, well documented by the owner, we were even sent a video on the hows and wheres. The owner checked-in every day with us.
The apartment was clean, the bathroom was spacious and comfortable. Soap, body wash, shampoo, conditioner and body lotion was provided along with a hairdryer.
The room itself with the bed was really small, there was no space for lugagges and bags. There were no tables, only a chair to put our stuff on.
There are 3 apartments in the same flat space, and unfortunately you can hear the people in the other apartments talk, shower and flush their toilet. You can also hear others coming and going in the corridor just like they were next to you in your room, as there was a big gap between the door and the floor/ceiling. Generally, we felt like there was no noise insulation, which made us feel very little privacy.
The windows opened to a space within 3 meters from the neighbour’s, which did not allow any natural light or fresh air come in.
A pair of slippers would have been nice to have.
