Houve alguns problemas na instalação quanto ao ar-condicionado e abastecimento de água. O caseiro ainda tentou resolver mas não conseguiu, ao entrar em contato com o proprietário, o mesmo foi bastante rude e não nos deu amparo, e ainda alegou que o problema foi devido a ter levado um “batalhão” só porque levamos 2 bebês a mais. No fim, nós contratantes que ficamos lesados e com uma experiência frustrante. Só conseguimos tomar banho graças a gentileza dos vizinhos, porém meus pais tiveram que dormir na varanda pois o ar condicionado ficou sem funcionar e não tinha nem sequer um ventilador.

Foi uma experiência muito frustante. Não recomendo essa hospedagem.
A casa tem uma excelente localização, ficando na meira mar, próximo de barrracas, loja de conveniências, tem fácil acesso e vaga para um veículo. A varanda da casa é o lugar mais confortavel por ser bem ventilado.
Anúncio enganoso e hospedagem muito abaixo do esperado.
Tive uma experiência bem negativa com essa hospedagem. O anúncio prometia várias coisas que, ao chegar lá, simplesmente não existiam ou estavam em péssimas condições. Seguem os principais problemas:
• A TV de tela grande e plana mencionada no anúncio não estava lá. Não havia nenhuma TV.
• A casa é extremamente quente, especialmente os quartos. Dos três quartos, um estava com o ar-condicionado quebrado, o que tornou impossível dormir nele. Tivemos que nos apertar nos outros dois quartos.
• O beliche não tinha escada para subir, o que tornou o uso desconfortável e inseguro.
• A cozinha foi anunciada como “toda equipada”, mas estava longe disso. A geladeira só funcionava na parte de cima e, ao chegarmos, ela ainda estava desligada. Se tivéssemos passado mais tempo, a comida teria estragado. Além disso, faltavam itens básicos como colheres grande, e utensílios, micro-ondas, liquidificador, sanduicheira e o fogão soltava fuligem sujando tudo.vale apena salientar que os talheres que tem são de sobremesa e tem apenas 3 xícaras.
• Um dos quartos não aparece em fotos no anúncio, e isso não é à toa. O banheiro dele é totalmente transparente, o que tira completamente a privacidade. Se você está hospedado com outras pessoas, não consegue utilizá-lo e precisa subir e descer escadas para acessar outro banheiro.
A única parte da casa que era minimamente agradável era a varanda, onde corria um ventinho. Fora isso, foi uma experiência bem frustrante e não recomendo essa hospedagem.
